FAQ's/Facts:

~ Paint Colors: for white paints we use a standard white interior paint we have found that has a wonderful shade that is close to Ben Moore's popular "White Dove". We can, however, use any color paint the client chooses from either Lowes (preferred) or Home Depot. Stains must be from the Minwax wood stain line. You can contact us after purchase with your paint choices.

~ Shabby Chic: a method of artfully distress-sanding the paint to reveal the layer(s) underneath

~ Single-Tone Shabby: distress sanding one shade of paint to reveal raw wood beneath

~ Dual-Tone Shabby: two shades of paint are used, typically constrasting colors. The first layer of paint is applied, and allowed to dry fully. The second layer of paint is applied, and (before fully-cured) is distress sanded to reveal the paint layer below, as well as raw wood in some areas. As an alternative to paint for the primary layer, JWAC can use a wood stain in a color of the client's choosing.
